Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon & Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon and asparagus on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top salmon with lemon slices and bake for 12-15 minutes.
