Egg Scramble with Spinach & Feta
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Whole-grain toast (optional)
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan, add spinach, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
- Sprinkle with feta and serve.
