Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 4 corn tortillas
Instructions:
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, and lime juice.
- Sauté for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp, cabbage, and Greek yogurt.
