Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon and asparagus on a sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Top salmon with lemon slices and bake for 12-15 minutes.
