Egg Scramble with Spinach & Feta

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Whole-grain toast (optional)



Instructions:

  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add spinach, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
  • Sprinkle with feta and serve.
