Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 corn tortillas



Instructions:

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, and lime juice.
  • Sauté for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
  • Fill tortillas with shrimp, cabbage, and Greek yogurt.
